Re-engaging the Donor Base
The Road Home, Utah largest homeless services provider, was experience a slightly decreasing donor base as a result of a number of external factors. Over a two year period, Blueprint designed a fundraising dashboard, developed new messaging, revamped their direct mail and email program, migrated their data to a new CRM, and established consistent online campaigns targeting their current, lapsed, expired, and potentially new donors. The result was a vast increase in the number of grassroots donors and they are current expanding their mid-level and major donor programs.
